How much does rent start at, and what is included in the rent?
$1499 (Common Area Fees, Pest Control, Real Estate Tax).
What amenities are included in the apartments and throughout the community?
Year-round pool and hot tub, BBQ Grills, 24/7 Access to 2 Fitness Centers, Amazon Lockers, Dog Park, Playground, Access to Large Lake where you can fish, paddle board & kayak, and walking path.
Are your apartments pet-friendly? What are the pet policies, fees, and amenities?
Yes—we allow up to 2 pets with $300 refundable Pet Deposit and only pay $35 Pet Rent per month per household. ESA animals are excluded from Pet Deposit and Pet Rent.
What lease terms are available? Do you offer short-term leases?
12-14 month lease terms are standard. We offer 6-11 month leases with a short-term fee of $150 added on top of the monthly rent. Any lease term under 6 months is considered Month-to-Month and is subject to $300 added on top of the monthly rent.

How do I apply for an apartment? What are the application requirements and fees?
The application fee is $53.15 per person. We require that you make 2x the amount of rent per combined household. A full fee disclosure and application may be found at: https://myrentalapplication.com/index/amcpromenadeathuntersglen.
Is parking available for residents and guests?
Resident parking is $10 for open space, $50 per month for covered carports and $125 for garages. Guest parking is free during the daytime hours and is available at $3.00 per evening, beginning at 7pm.
What utilities are included, and which are the resident's responsibility?
No Utilities are included. You will be billed Water, Sewer, & Trash with your rent each month. You are responsible for putting Gas & Electric into your name prior to move in.

Hunters Glen Lake is located right behind our community. It is a beautiful lake for all to enjoy, whether its fishing or paddle boarding or just taking in nature, the lake is a great feature.
